After only 5 months of having this product the top snapped off and the company refused to replace it through the warranty. They only offered me 10% off a purchase of a new one. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I had this tripod for 5 months before the top snapped off. I tried to file a warranty claim and they refused and tried to offer me 10% off a new one instead of replacing the crappy product they sent in the first place. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
Very nice quality cover. Zipper is also good quality and the cover fits well.

As of today January 7th I have only received 1of my custom cushions is the other one out for delivery or did you make a mistake I need to know where the other one is I spent slot of money on these and I'm very pleased with it I just need the other one please let me know ASAP thank you

This is my second system and was such and upgrande for the first one I bought, ive been wearing for 3 months and still looks perfect , so lasts much longer than they say if you take good care , my only concers is that now it started to shed, im worried

I love it, it gets the job done! I do recommend that you get those lbs bags to help hold the stand sturdy but it still works great!
If you want value for your money, you will not beat this price . If you care for the unit and do not sleep with it on, it will last quite some time. The base is fragile so be careful not to tear it when removing tape or glue.
The Gex cork canvas block head is better that the competition for it's quality and form. The contact with the support team is friendly and the shipping is very fast. In summary only the recommend.
The CNG piece looks and feels great. Be careful when using tape, as the base is quite thin and it could tear if not removed slowly.
The key here is, if possible, do not sleep with it on—-if you can do this it should last quite a while. A very good price for the piece and shipping to Canada was very fast, less than a week. This is my 3rd order from gexworldwide, thank you.
I have been wearing hair for over 25 years. I've been buying direct and doing it myself for over 10 years. Up to this point in time I have ordered and worn 2 units from Gex. I held off on doing a review for quite awhile. I wanted to truly test the product. Let me say, Gex Worldwide manufactures and sells the best (thinnest skin) unit I ever purchased. I am extremely satisfied with the units.
I do hope Gex can improve on the online ordering process especially for re-orders.
